Another question is that i have a tv headunit ,standard DIN size and would like to know if i need to get and adapter facia or will it go in the hole when i removed the standard unit.

And also how does the standard headunit come out.

Thanks for any help
OK, there is TSB for replacement of the head unit for certain things. You'll have search for it.

It is a standard single DIN, so your new one should slip right in.

This is the tool (2 required):

There are a pair of really cheap tools needed to get it out, though. There have been a number of threads about replacing the stereos in this car and I think every one of them addressed removal.

Once again, do a search in the Audio forum.

Good luck!
