I immediately reinstalled the fuse that also controls the brake light and haven't noticed too much difference whether 1 or 2 fuses are pulled.....I can still do brake-torque starts, and get it totally sideway in corners

with just 1 fuse removed. The only draw back I noticed is that my wing is always up. But this may be due to something else. I also run with no TPS. As a result I have a fully lit Christmas tree on my dash.....J/K only 3 lights on all the time.
BTW my car is a 2005 Limited.....I know the 2004s are set up differently
Humm, I have fuses 17 & 18 set up on a pair of heavy duty relays that are controlled by a remote control key fob. I guess I'd better check and see if my brake lights work when those two circuits are open, I never even thought about that. I know this is the only car I've ever owned that the brake lights don't work unless the key is on.
