I would wax it, put a heavy coat of Lexol on leather, 303 or similar product on rubber seals and add Stabil.
However, I wouldn't let it sit all winter - Even up in the great White North, you guys get some dry, semi-warm days (+30F) every month. Drive it for a half hour or so on these days, even if it's only once a month, and you don't have to worry about the other storage tactics. Plus, you'll be able to bond with your X-Fire during the winter.
Driving the car occasionally and circulating all the fluids is the best way to go. No battery, tire, gas or other issues to worry about.
