The suction mount is very versatile and can be stuck on the rear window (as in the ring vid) my old camera was a bit heavy for it so tended to vibrate slightly, but it is much better with my newer DV camera. It really comes into its own when stuck on the outside of the car. For in-car shots I now use my old Sony Video 8 clamped to the bulkhead on a rather crude, but effective mount. A lot of the trackday guys are now using those little 'bullet' cameras. Amanda's little SD camera she had at Marlow would be great on a little suction mount. We ought to sort out a proper filming session at on of the meets.

Thats interesting. I’ve got one of those little cameras too from here. Rather good - and they even have a built in USB plug.

I’ve got a DV camera too - so maybe we need to think about using a meet to make movies.
