Daily Driver and a pulley
I'm looking to get a pulley and tune done to my car relatively soon (waiting for the 'shootout' results) with some $$ I got from my accident. I do use my car as a DD but most of it's highway miles with track runs maybe twice a month. I'm really looking to know what problems, if any, that could arise with just general use of a car with our pulleys. I won't be running max boost all the time since I'm on the highway 75% of the time.
Which pulley would be the best bet? I don't need tremendous power but that's what we all say before we run our next 1/4 mile and then want more.
I was thinking the 181 might be a good middle ground as to not overspin, or wear out, any S/C parts but the 185 is tempting.
Just looking for some insight from those who use their car a lot with a pulley/tune setup.
BTW, I already have the cooling mods done to the car so I'm good to go in that area.
