Depends on the charger. a 2 amp charger over night should get you going. A bigger charger gets it sooner, but if you access to a volt meter the battery should be 12.6 min AT REST and after charging up to 13.++.
The chargings system (alternator) should be about 1 volt higher running that off and up to 14.5 when cold.
I also use the od schoo method of blowing the horn to see if you have enough for that, does it sound like you have power?
Also turn on the dome light to see how much it dims , a visual voltmeter of sorts. Now turn it off.

Is there any visible corrosion on the battery terminals? Dont want any there for sure.
