It was in a thread some time ago by a fella' that needed lumbar support. I guess it worked, but OMG!
I saw a episode of Ridin' the Low Life (!) and watched some old geezer do absolute MAGIC to make a custom seat for just that problem. Just carefully shaved foam glued to the original foam. Looked great and the customer was really happy.
I spoke to a local uphlosterer and he said it would cost me $100 all in to have it done. 2 days though...my back sure would be happy!
