I purchased my 04 Coupe a little over 2 years ago and last week my headliner just came down while it was in the parking lot at work. It started on the edges a year ago and I didn't pay much attention to it but apparently it will just fall all at once. I have been doing some research all morning and it is a widespread problem. The idea idea I had with mine is to take out the board and carbon fiber the whole thing myself. This way it could never happen again. My only concern is the issue people are having getting the board out. It seems you have to flex it to fit it out the door and if I CF the board it will loose all flexibility. I guess I will think about it some more.
