Chrysler is now officially in the game. I'd buy a jeep if would get 8o miles on a charge and have 4 wheel drive capability. I've heard the batteries loose about 15% of their storage after 90,000 miles. I'm in if they don't cost $80,000. They need to be affordable to the middle class guy or gal. Looks like at least 10 years away for mass production.
