Talking Went to the DYNO-DYNO-DYNO-DYNO-DYNO-DYNO

Well I had a bunch of gas used to get good and repeatable numbers but made many runs across the rollers. The quick and dirty info is that:

My code 3 seems to have gained 4 HP, boost went from 14.5 to 15.88 using the same dyno machine.

My horse power total is now 338.5 at the rear using the super cooler for the H/E upgrade. The water never got over 120 degrees in an 80 degree shop ( before the runs).

Those coming to see the runs at MIR drags, will see the October suprise which I have been fabricating and testing. This gave me the 12 H/P gain and moved the total boost up to 17.12 with the same pulley. This is a total gain of 16.3 H/P over my previous best pully previously. Bad news is the design change details are restricted and its release date is the 12th of October. More to follow.

My differential pulls are within 5 minutes of each other and it only took me to 1 minute to get the changes completed to prove this upgrade. The charts are below for your review, thats the good news. Horse power gains higher than this are going to be achieved by thoes who have bigger pulleys than mine. With a 185 I would expect about 19 H/P.

The Many runs at the dyno were to get it set up correctly, to get the boost readings working and to be SURE that the H/P gains are repeatable. The code 3 did not get me what I wanted but I report the information as accurately as possible.

ENJOY, WOODY
