If you look at the chart I posted you can see the numbers dropping off on the top end, that shows that by opening up the restrictions such as exaust, headers and intake manifolds you would pick up more hp at the top end of the rpm range. I think he already has an exahust though, those 240 modified intake manifolds would make a great difference i bet!
