Right on cue, like magic, the window went back up when I hit the button at lunch time. This is leading me to believe there must be a short in the up wire somehere between the window switch, fuse box and/or window motor. I've read that repeated door use can cause wires to break. My guess would be the boot in between the door and body. I spose the switch harness could have a bad connection as well.

Does anyone know the color of the "up" wire?

Also, has anyone ever replaced the plug where the window switch plugs in?
