I found the original boost charts where the only changes were the let spacers, NW intake manifold, and a gasket matching of the head/intake manifold. Stock boost was up to 14.3 PSIG at full rev range in this configuration.

To overlay the charts the code 3 pulley got a total of 110 #/feet torque increase at 2000 rpm or a power gain of about 20 h/p (120 v.s. 100h/p)

The gain falls off and is about 4 h/p at the 5500 range. This is really strange and the object of my wonder. I did see the chart which lists the gains but still wish I knew how the early jump in torque and power fade so much. That is information, just do not understand it yet.
