I also have bluetooth integration with an aftermarket headunit so I don't actually need to take it out of my pocket to dial or receive calls, but sometimes I do anyway. I have one of those grippy stickers on the back of my phone so I can put it almost anywhere in the car and it won't slide around (the center armrest, passenger seat or dashboard). Even as well as the car handles (.92g I think I read) I have yet to throw the phone.
