I recently saw a photo of an SRT at speed and the front air dam was actually lifting up and away from the original possition. My wife took a picture of the air dam before and after reinforcing it. the after photo showed it in a much lower position which can only improve it's functionality. after the reinforcment I believe you can actually feel it when entering hard corners. Truly this is not in my imagination it helps.
When I say improve performance I mean of the spoiler not the engine!
