I agree. Unfortunately, we tried to fix the problem for both the customer and the distributor and neither worked. We ended up installing all new gauges free of charge because we couldn't justify charging the customer again when the first set were clearly garbage.
Now he's trying to get a refund on the broken gauge and they won't do it.
Again, I'm not disclosing the company as many of their other products are very good.
What new gauges did you use? The company you got them from or a new company?
