If I order from them for a new product and get some jerry rigged piece of ****, I'm going to be pissed. Them saying they would still sell it says to me that they probably sent it to you knowing it wasn't 100 percent new and in good order. The fact that they won't refund the money after sending a faulty product in the first place is a serious lack of character. Good job to you for looking out for your customer tho.
