I did not want this to turn into an attack, as it's not. I simply wanted opinions from non-biased sources.

We all know how it goes with things like this. What we say we feel is the truth and what they say they feel is the truth, and in reality we are both just making ourselves look less wrong.

I take full responsibility for trying to fix the problem in hopes that it would save JR trouble in replacing it. Like I said, we installed another set of their gauges and were very happy with them and we will continue to install more of them.

I think this will get out of hand so I will be editing my previous two posts.
