No, you will not need to replace the TPMS units.
Most tire places will tell you that you need a 'rebuild' on the TPMS - about $8 per wheel - it's just rubber washers/gaskets - do a search, it's been discussed.
The TPMS units do not need programming.
From memory, the TPMS units may need to go back on the original wheels as they are coded for want of a better term and I think they may be readable by the OBDII tools - I think this has been discussed before too.
