The boost curves show that the boost is ALLOWED to climb with the RPMs but not open fully at lower ranges, whats MB doing here, that sir is the question.

You need a tune Woody! I'll bet the first thing tuners do is eliminate the nanny's in the computer that prevent high boost, or at least control when and how much. If you don't have one already, you should consider one. If for no other reason, for curiosity's sake. (which we know you have in abundance.)
