UPDATE:
SYNOPSIS OF 10/12/2008 MEETING:
  • Temporary officers have been appointed until the first membership meeting:
FP: President and Chairman of the Board
patpur: VP
Ichon: VP of Operations
acrispy1: Treasurer
rhacker382: Secretary
  • Annual membership meeting will be held on Saturday. July 11th, 2009 @ 11:00 AM at the All Chrysler Nationals, Carlisle, PA
  • Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws have been adopted.
  • SS-4 application is approved for submittal (this must be completed before we can start enrolling members; this gets the club a Federal Tax ID#.
  • Corporation will register with the DE Department of Labor as required by law following assignment of tax ID.
  • Corporation will establish banking following assignment of tax ID.
NEXT SCHEDULED UPDATE:
October 21, 2008 – Membership Levels and joining info will be shared.
