HI!

So I had that rough pulley install last weekend where I couldn't get the pulley on easily, and tugged a bit, etc etc. You get the idea.

Anyways, now the s/c pulley gives a noticeable chirp when the clutch engages in the morning. This will happen for about 10 minutes before the car heats up. After that there is no chirp on engagement.

I'm sure its the clutch/pulley engagement because it happens exactly like Woody's video shows of when the clutch engages, and it also started the morning after the install.

I used both spacers during the pulley install. My spacing seems correct, but its not entirely even throughout the pulley backing plate. Im at maybe .01 inches at one point to .20 inches at another point.

I don't think theres a problem but, I could be wrong.... Opinions?
