ohnoesaz, that is .190" out of alignment. That is bad. I would take the pulley off and re-install it to get it on straight. A couple of thousandths is not a big deal and shouldnt affect function. 190 thousandths means that your clutch is not engaging flat and will wear one side MUCH faster than the other. I would expect that it wont grip as well as it should either. Hopefully you didnt bend anything on the initial install. Hope it all works out good for you.
