That is Joisy for ya! North and South Jersey should be 2 different states!!! The only reason our taxes are so high in the south is because of the north. Ugh, what a corrupt state. I make a decent income although nothing spectacular, but I still cannot realistically afford a $175,000-$200,000 house/condo by myself. And that is pretty much the entry level of a decent place to live that doesn't need a whole mess of work. It really pisses me off. I hate NJ and I've lived here all my life cause of family. ::Sigh::
