"north jersey is snob-ville

I have lived in North Jersey all my life and I always try and acknowledge other Crossfires whenever I see them. The biggest problem around here is people are getting the kids to where ever there going, getting to work, running to the store, blah, blah, blah, etc... No one bothers to stop and look around anymore, and Yes, this part of the state is full on New Yorkers. It's not that people are "snobs" they just don't give a dam who you are, much less care what your driving. I see Crossfires all the time. Most of them not very well cared for. My friends at the local dealership sold a ton of these cars, but a lot of them have been banged up, abused, traded-in and shipped out of the state to auction.
BUT, I have to defend us Northern Jersey folks, we're not all bad. Being self employed I have meet a great number of people. Once you get to know someone from this area, you can be friends for life. People remember people and will help each other out. The key to this area is catching up to them in the first place.
I'm surprised to see so many NJ owners chime in on this thread. Where were all of you this summer when we had several meets within an hour or two driving distance. Oh, thats right taking the kids somewhere to do something, I guess

. There are a lot of great roads to drive in Northern Jersey with a Crossfire. It would be great if everyone here on this thread would join in next time and take a cruise with your fellow owners, instead of talk about how inconsiderate we can be.
I have organized many meets for other car clubs I belong to. I would gladly put together a route to run through this area to see the local scenery, maybe a stop for lunch, but there is never much interest from anyone around here to show up!!!
