I think it is probably one of the plugs is loose on the injector. I just finished installing mine and I had a hell of time getting a couple of them to seat properly. With a little persistence and twice the time it should it have taken, I got them seated and had no problem on start up.

A little tug, side to side, will cause the unseated one to pop right off.
