Probably came from the same place..... Chris in Az. It is the only billet grill I have found . Mine didn't come with springs. The instructions showed everything but the Crossfire. Maybe they sent me the wrong hardware package. Stills sems like a cheap way to secure the bottom. I am not real happy with the ends digging into the plastic. It would be nice if the grill was a little narrower and rested against something else besides the plastic. I am going to call them tomorrow and see what I am missing.
