I was talking to SI and this was the route he suggested to take. I'm not sure If I want to clamp my sensors yet, but there cheap and easy to make and I will see after a few events if I'm willing to try it out.
I plan on building an inexpensive "quick change" racing exhaust so not to destroy my cats (gotta pass smog every two years here in Ca) + plus some drag radials and some road course rims and tires and maybe a few more little goodies. (4 point harness, hidden roll cage…) As always – I’ll post and provide pics…
Then it's all driver education..... We shall see.....
I got the killer truck now (Thanks Mom!) A 1993 F250 4X4 (100K miles) 7.3L Diesel with the Banks turbo and Tranny controller in pristine condition – Boy did I teach Mom right or what? – not to bad for an 80 year old gal. Of course, I would rather have her brand new Chevy 4X4 diesel....
I don’t have race trailer "yet" but I'm hunting – and I’m going to a Jazz festival in Mexico next month - Besides at 362 RWHP – I don’t have enough traction … Yet….but I got some 16" rims in sight....
Damn straight on that, I pull with a 2006 Duramax EFI live SCIII tranny and MBRP Cool Duals 500/900 at the crank and 21 mpg unloaded on the Hwy. GMC's ROCK
