Caught, I'm really sorry to hear about that happening to your car. I was totally unaware that it would etch your paint like that. Would a clay bar be of any help? Or possibly a very fine polishing compound?

I would have been more worried about "dents and dings".
I hope none of the egg yolk got into your ventilation ducts, that can totally ruin your day.
