Even if I'm careful, I can still break the tires loose after I get moving. Drag radials are coming in the spring. Without them, there's no way I'll be able to race effectively.
Also, a suggestion: if I were you, since you're in Australia, I would seriously consider the InMotion tune. The single feature that will be attractive to you is that InMotion puts a chip socket onto your ECU, and send you back your original chip. So you have the original, and the upgraded, and you can switch back and forth. Why is that important? Well, dealerships have been known to reflash your ECU when you take it in for service - even for something as simple as an oil change!! That will wipe out your tune, and force you to mail your ECU back to the tuner for reflash. Shipping from down under probably isn't cheap, and your car won't run without an ECU. With InMotion, even if you forget to swap your chips before taking it in for service, and they reflash over your upgraded tune, you just put the original chip back in and drive the car, and only ship the chip back to InMotion.
No offense to the services offered by TVT or LET or any of the other tuners. But considering your location, this seems like an important point to make.
Shesh! You guys with your traction problems! :P lol
