Five (or seven)- I never reuse gaskets...
Qty of 1 - S/C to IC gasket - mine also had a fair bit of black silicone used - so I did the same on re-install.
Qty of 2 - S/C to Engine block gaskets
Qty of 2 (or 4) Plenum to SC gaskets (use four if you have plenum spacers installed)
The step-by-step instructions are in the manual (found on the forum) and are actually pretty good. Refer to the torque settings that are found in a table in the engine section. (don't over torque now) It just a heavy awkward bear to lift into the engine bay.
