Is it a brake squeal? My roadster was making a squeal when turning right. I found that I use very light braking pressure to keep brake dust to a minimum. In my case, a good hard stop or two will re-seat the brake pads and stops the squeal for a while.

If this is it, you will notice the squeal will stop if you slightly depress the brake pedal while making your turn.
