My friend owns Dr Mikes transmissions, he is a Suncoast Dealer I built my Allison there using a Suncoast 1053 converter Alto red clutches Trans-go Jr kit for the valve body and a Tranny brace and deep pan. Parts alone were $2450 (dealer cost) and that is not including the Citgo quatrasyn. Figure 2 hours to remove and 2 to reinstall, plus bench time, your at 3,000. Now add in the fact that it has a mercedes label and there you go.
