Welcome! There is a TSB out to fix the leaky trans. Take it to the dealer and have them do it for free. You might even get them to replace the broken cup holder. It was covered under warranty. The cup holder can be replaced with a storage bin if you prefer.
As far as the blonde thing goes, well, I've got the same problem.
