Offer him 14k,if he dont bite and you "gotta have it" offer to split the difference. I can say that in the last 30 days pricing has been dropping.When the snow starts to fly and the temps go to zero(along with all the economy woes) prices are gonna drop-substantially.Hell I can go buy a brand new Chevy 1/2 ton 2whl drive truck 15 miles from where I live for $10070.00-THATS 10K FOR A BRAND NEW TRUCK.Original sticker $19K.
