I actually wanted to start a thread asking how all of you folks get into and out of the Crossfire to minimize the wear on the seats.
My SRT seat was almost mint, no wear and I wanted to keep it that way so I expermented with different ways of getting in/out with the least amount of rubbing on the seat. Here's what I came up with...
  • Open the door (duh) turn with your butt facing the seat, sit straight down into the seat.
  • Now take your right elbow and place it on the center console about where the storage compartment lid closes.
  • With your left hand grasp the steering wheel. Using your left hand on the wheel and your right elbow on the console, lift your butt up and spin yourself (without putting yer butt down) to face forward in the car. As you are making the turn pull your legs into the car.
Ok, you can put yer butt down now!

Maybe we should make this a "sticky"!
