I am sure many people wear there seatbelts all the time while driving, but it probably won't help much if they are sitting in line to get out of the parking garage and want to put thier walet in thier back pocket and don't want to keep unbuckling and buckling the fricking seatbelt to get the chimes to stop...

Wow that's a long sentence.

BTW I did not see anything in the manual, but there is more than likely a way to do this. Someone here must work at DC and can research this for us...
