I think it's funny how the kids on the east & west coasts just screwed themselves out of a big chunk of their inheritances. A 1/2 million dollar house here in the midwest still goes for about 2 on the coasts.....when the Bush tax cuts expire 12/31/10.....& grampa or daddy dies.....those kids are gonna discover that their Uncle Sam is going to take the Living Room, Dining Room & the garage.....& redistribute dads hard earned life savings to the illegal aliens (to buy their votes) so they can go to college ....or pay their mortgage!
