Yea, Rotex has been raising their prices and lowering their quality, on packaging at least. Our prices raised 18% last month. When they come to me they are all scratched up already. I've inquired Rotex about this and it is basically just from the shipment.
I would assume the roller got there from Rotex and was hidden under one of the Front pads. I think anytime you get the parts you want AND an extra part, you should be happy and consider it a gift.
Anyway, I agree I was quick to get upset but only because I don't like my honesty to be constantly tried. 20 mins of interrogation would **** anybody off.
