I think most people expect that when they buy a product it will be in some form of container. The fact that Rotex sends the pads out loose is rather disconcerting. I was looking at new pads(ones that dust much less), but after hearing about how the Rotex pads are shipped, I seriously doubt I will purchase theirs. I think maybe TVT should consider looking at providing alternatives and maybe drop Rotex. Quality is a perception when purchasing anything. This is why people are willing to pay higher prices for an item. The higher price means a perception of higher quality. Coyote, I think the pads look fine, I'm sure you will have many years of wear with these. Hope everyone can see the others perspective and maybe learn from this situation.
