Find a very large ball peen hammer and some safety glasses. Put on the safety glasses. Pop a heavy metal album into the cd player and turn up the volume until you can't stand it. Pick up the hammer and beat the cupholder flush with the console. Remove the safety glasses. Take the album out of the cd player. Open a cold one and congratulate yourself on a job well done.
