Make sure they order the right parts. Parts guy at my dealer took 3 tries before he got the right stuff. First he ordered a repair kit but he ordered the wrong one because it was for the bottom, not the back. Then he ordered one for the back but that was for the bolsters not the back itself. Then finally got the right parts ordered. Tech did a fine job once he was handed the stuff to do the job right. No scratches, no scuffs.
