Should not expect any real issues after sitting for 3 years. I purchased mine in September 07. The only issues I have had are:

1. Transmission connector leaking fluid.
2. Headliner falling down.

These are well documented issues and are well known. As far as the oil I would expect the dealer would do a service before the car is picked up. Have fun.
