You'll need to get a trim removal tool from autozone or napa or sears and then there are a bunch of push in style retainers that look like black plastic dots. Slide that tool in between the top and botton of that "dot" and pull. After they come out, you'll have to be careful about pulling the side panels out and then you can pull out the back and that will give you access to pull out those styrofoam trays.
