Same to you! My wife kicked me out of the kitchen tonight. I got home before her so I could use the kitchen to clean my turkey, get the brine mixture temp just right, and marinade my bird...ready for the smoker in the morning. All is going well, when she says hurry up and get out, I have to start on my turkey and all the other things she has to do. So what happens.....I'm pouring the hot brine on my turkey, when the sides of the brine bag fold over and half my brine goes onto the counter......all over, and all over the floor. She was not happy, but at least I got my turkey brinning in the ice chest. So I guess I'll be out on the back porch, smoking a cigar and surfin' the net!
