Ok so heres my problem and if you dont want the whole story you can skip to the question at the bottom. Just got the car back from the body shop after 3 weeks of them working on it and its still having problems. So I took it back today (had it back over the weekend but didnt drive it much) still having problems with grinding in the right front side -.- which the body shop is "working on". My problem now (besides not having my car) is that when I hit 62/63 and my spoiler comes up it wont go back down automaticly after I drop under 35 . The light on the control button begins flashing and I am unable to manually put it down either. Then after about 20-30 min and turning the car on and off a few times I can hit the button and it will go back down and seems to work normally when you manually put it up and down. This has happened twice now (both times I have taken it above 63) and it was not happening after my little accident and was working when I dropped it off 3 almost 4 weeks ago. Now the shop is saying "it could have just been something that when wrong while sitting at the shop and that insurance wouldnt cover it because it is not related to the accident" and flat out told me they didnt know what to do with it or whats causing the grinding when turning left or right or whats causing my BAS ESP light to come on but thats a whole different problem.

So long post short, does any one know what could cause my spoiler to go up and then lock up and become unresponsive with the light on the controll button flashing ?
