Tools are not paid for by the customer...nor is training!!!!!That is complete B.S.Special tools are provided by Chrysler to the Dealer for any new models...and there are probably very few if any new tools.You still use the same things to swap batteries...do diagnostics,change filters...so on so forth.Also,any special training required for a new model is provided to dealers through set up scheduled classes by Chrysler.
