Tanner, Well I am glad you have your car 'mostly' fixed back together. Now to work out the bugs.

I would go directly to the insurance company and explain the situation/issues that have changed since the accident. Be assertive with them and make sure they understand you didn't have these problems BEFORE the accident. Insist that you want to take it to a repair facitlity that can remedy the problems left over from the accident.
