The BAS ESP light and spoiler problem are most likely related. When I remove fuse 17-18 on my 2005 Limited, the BAS ESP light comes on and the spoiler stays in the up position......It's a safety thing, So my suggestion is to have the dealer pull the codes for the BAS ESP light problem.
