Dan Root, I agree it is made up of a massive amount of German parts but the corvette has a huge amount of parts made in Mexico, Indonesia,and various other countries as well. Does that make it unamerican? Almost all American cars now have a generous amount of unamerican parts in them. Our Crossfires wear the American Chrysler badge and for me that's American enough. At least it isn't wearing the MB badge or BMW or some other nations badge, yes?
